Can you please help me with understanding of some parts of very nice song from Nancy Sinatra. Here is the whole transcript:

JCDentonIt ended when I lost your loveThe world ended when I lost your love (i.e. when you left me/when we split up). Of course, this isn't meant to be taken literally! It means that she's so devastated that their relationship is over that it seems like the end of the world to her.

She is saying that her world ended when she lost his love.......her private world with him no longer existed.....so to her the world ended when she lost his love.......
