End of the Da Vinci Code (the book)

Does Robert Langdon dream the whole thing in the Da Vinci Code and wake up back in his hotel room at the end after saying goodbye to Sophie - I was very confused and not sure.

Haha of course not, it was all real. (at this point the Crusaders lift their crosses and start bashing me on the head) Okay okay, it was a book, it was fiction jeez. But in terms of the book, yes, for Robert Langdon the entire experience was "real"

So in the book "The Da Vinci Code" it was actually a dream? I just finished the book, I had to read it over a couple of times, had to ask my grandfather if that was true, and it was. My grandfather said that this book is a run on, so possibly in a different book Dan Brown, wrote that it was all a dream!
