Letter Writing

Enclosures

Hello,

I was wondering if the following are OK as an enclosure in a business letter.

4 Enclosures:
University Diploma in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Certification Letter from the Office of the Registrar, XYZ University
Transcript of Records
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certificate

1. Should I use 'in Bachelor...' or 'for Bachelor' above? Please improve.

2. Is it OK to say Certification Letter? It is actually a letter from the university certifying my graduation. Please improve.

3. Is 'the' before 'Office of the Registrar' necessary?
4. Should it be 'transcript of record' or 'transcript of records'?
5. Is it neccessary to add 'CPA' in parenthesis above?

I would very much appreciate your assistance.

Thank you.

Oh, many thanks, Mister Micawber. That was very helpful, indeed.

One more question, if you wouldn't mind, do you think it's OK to omit 'University' before 'Diploma' because I'm trying to make it short? Or would it sound better to leave 'University'?

Diploma, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Also, can I say 'Certificate of Graduation' instead of 'Certification of Graduation'?
How are they different? Does 'certificate' mean the paper with a seal and 'certification' mean a letter certifying graduation as I described earlier?

Yes.

If you have a diploma with a degree mentioned, I'm sure most people will assume it's from a university.

On the other hand, if you mention "university", you might just as well give the university's name.
