Employment vocabulary

Hi!

Does this sentence sound natural?

Jobseekers, while looking for a new job, pay attention whether there are non-financial incentives such as vocational trainings at the expense of the company, business trips abroad, wage supplements.

1) What is the best term to refer a benefits package such as medical insurance, pensions, paid leaves, “wage supplements” or “social package”?

2) When talking about employee’s business trip abroad, what is the best expression “overseas assignment”, “mission abroad” or just “business trip abroad”? I have a feeling that “overseas assignment” is better for politicians and “business trip abroad” for private entrepreneurs.

Thank you for your help.
