Good day! can someone help me know the one word i can use to describe a colleague who got hired at the same time. I am told it's called 'same entry level employee', but if I'm not mistake there's a better one. please help. thanks

'same entry level employee' No. This just means someone who was hired at the same level, eg to do a similar job. But not necessarily at the sa

thanks Mr. Clive for the quick response and my apologies for the vagueness of my question. By the ways, if there isn't one word to describe it, could you help me find a suitable word/words for it? And for the question why I want just one word because I think I've heard it once and was trying to recall but i failed. so, i'm posting my question here. Thanks in advance
