employer statement letter

Hi...this is my first post

I am working in a research center under faculty of economics in a university which to conduct its activities independently hires its own employee. Now, i am applying for a scholarship and the scholarship committe want a letter stating that i am an employee of this research center not employee of the university nor the faculty. Here i try to write the letter and i hope that you would like to correct it. Thanks in advance

Both look fine with one little correction. I would say 'she is an employee of' or 'she is officially an employee of ...' not 'she is official of..'
