Employer letter for visa application to attend an international conference

Dear sirs,

I work as a translator for a company that exports beekeeping equipment.I intend to visit Canada to attend the biggest international beekeeping conference in the world which will take place in Montreal next September.

The conference will probably improve my language capacities in the field of beekeeping and help me meet other beekeeping equipment companies for knowledge exchange on my company behalf.

Till now, I had written several letter templates (Employer letter for visa application) explaining my functions within the company and the necessity of attending this conference to help myself and my company but I'm still not convinced because I believe that no matter how proficient Iam, I still need guidance.

Any help?
