Employees' returns?

Hello there!

Could you please have a look at the following email and help me make it sound more native-like? Thank you.


Dear XYZ,

I was wondering if you could put me in touch with someone from the newly-formed team that is responsible for organizing employees' returns to Asia. I have recieved information from the Consulate General of Germany that the boarder has been opened and I would like to know if the team has drawn a timeline for brining employees back.
