can you add a bit of change to the following to make it sound a bit more professional.
Dear........
We are slowing down at this time; however, you will be allowed to collect partial unemployment benefits if the following conditions are met.
1. You must be able to show up to work on a 24 hours notice.
2. You must have a contact number for us to notify you of any changes.
3. You must check in with our office at least twice a week.
If the above conditions are not met, benefits for that week will be denied.

this notice if for a roofing company, can you please help me revise this notice...it just doesnt sound the way i would want it to....
