Emphasizing the superlative and comparative

Examples of emphasizing:

(1)

This car is far/much better.

This is by far the best car.
This is the very best car.
This is the best car of all.

Is it also possible to use that in these cases?
(2)

This car is far/much more comfortable..

This is by far the most comfortable car.
This is the very car.
This is the most comfortable car of all.

It is grammatically correct but I don't think I have ever heard anyone use it. That's why I would avoid it.
