After 0:14 he said " whatever weather, cold or warm" but it's so weird the way to say of whatever

And he said " just let you know that..." Their pronunciations seem strange to me

That is the original meaning of the word, though people say, "Whatever" nowadays to mean a whole situation doesn't matter to them. "Just" sounds natural to me, too. I never listened to Eminem before, and it was interesting to me
