After 0:14 he said " whatever weather, cold or warm" but it's so weird the way to say of whatever

And he said " just let you know that..." Their pronunciations seem strange to me

"Whatever" is quite natural there. It means that what the weather is isn't important and doesn't make any difference. We use it like that a lot. That is the original meaning of the word, though people say, "Whatever" nowadays to mean a whole situation doesn't matter to them. "Just" sounds natural to me, too. I never listened to Eminem before, and it was interesting to me
