It is with much grief that I would like to inform you yesterday night at 11 pm I received phone call from India that my mother died, which necessitates of my departure to India immediately ( my annul vacation has been due on December 2012)
In view of the circumstances, I should therefore be pleased if you would arrange the necessary travel documents in an earliest possible time

( This will count as m y annual vacation, which I was entitled to has been due in December 2012) In view of the circumstances, I should therefore be most appreciative pleased if you would arrange the necessary travel documents in an at the earliest possible time .
