Emergency leave
Please be inform you that one of our staff Mr. Chirram Mahesh # 63205 is not willing to do his work because of the sickness. So many times he went to consult doctors and treatment at ministry hospitals, but as per his words, still he is not feeling well, therefor please do the need full to arrange him a private hospital treatment or allow him an emergency leave to go back to his home country for further treatment as per his request. Because, as you are aware since yesterday morning he is rounding the kitchen area without doing any work if the company will not entertain such type of emergency vacation then treatment him from the company as par the company rules and regulation and let him go back to his home country. Attaching herewith the medical paper which one he had given to me.
