Emergency. help with this please. thank you

Universities rate thesis score qualitatively (bad, good, very good, excellent) recently. So my GPA for M. Sc was calculated without considering thesis score. I achieved "very good" in my master thesis.

If it isnt acceptable for phd admission, can i request for master admission?
