Which is more natural?
1)Emergency exit is located on the midway of the hallway and it leads you to outside stairs.
2)Emergency exit is located around the middle of the hallway and it leads you to outside stairs.

moguwai007 Which is more natural? If I had to choose, I'd say that 1) is more natural, but neither is quite right. There are many ways of writing it, but not knowing the context, I would write this: The emergency exit leading to the outside stairs is located about half way down the hall.
