embarrassed

I am embarrassed with him.

What does this sentence mean?

a-He makes me feel embarrassed. (I am never embarassed with my doctor. I can tell him everything.)

b-I am embarrassed with I am with him. (My husband has started behaving strangely recently. I am embarrassed with him.)

c-I am embarrassed because of him, He does not have to be there. (I am so embarrassed with my son. He is in prison. Every time he is mentioned I blush.)
