Emails have crossed paths?

How do we describe the following situation that happens quite often in email communication involving three parties?

Andrew: Can we meet at 10am tomorrow?
Bob: No problem. (Bob has previously check with Cameron that 10am is OK)
Cameron: Sorry, I am not available. How about 2pm? (Cameron just discovered that there is another urgent meeting at the same time, but Bob doesn't know about this sudden change.)
Andrew: The meeting is confirmed at 10am tomorrow (sent after reading Bob's email but before receiving Cameron's).

Cameron realized that Andrew has only read Bob's email.

Can we say the emails have crossed paths? Or is there any simple way to describe similar situations?

Hi, I send an email to you saying I will meet with you on Monday. At the same time, you send an email to me saying you will meet with me on Tuesday. We could say 'Our emails crossed'.

At the same time, you send an email to me saying you will meet with me on Tuesday.

We could say 'Our emails crossed'.

In your example, you could say that 'All the emails crossed'.
