In case I'm caculate the equipment for hotel building that show the same equipement all floor except the 2nd floor there have more than normally floor 1 thing. How can I write in a email to explain owner why the cost of 2nd floor more than normally floor. Hope you understand what I mean.

I would like to infrom you that the case of 2nd floor why the price more than another floor because there have speicial equipment to support air conditioner in another floor there have 1 set but 2nd floor there have 2 set.
