email writing please check my sentences

i have tried to answer a email..I am not a native English speaker .. did i frame sentences properly ?

Senders email :
I have confirmation from hrf that the training program will begin in ZZZ on November 27th and run for 2-3 days. We will also have a short training session with a gender specialist and then we will travel as a group to XXX to begin the study on December 2nd.

Thanks for the breakdown. Yes, save the remaining money for your next trip, and I'll contribute the balance. Just to let you know, I am away from xxx until Wednesday, November 20th. If you would like to drop off luggage in xxx,yyy has the key to your room.

Keep track of any charges associated with luggage transport and I will reimburse you the next time I see you. Please keep the receipts for such charges, if possible.

Have you had an opportunity to speak with any acquaintances about working for me? If not, I have a couple of other potential applicants that I will contact.

My reply
Hi GGG

This great news . I Am excited to see the training program dates . Yes, I will save the receipts of the charges from now. I spoke with my juniors about the opportunity but Sorry; I was unable to find someone who speaks fhg and was willing to relocate. Hope I didn't slow down the recruitment process. I am planning to bring my luggage next weekend

They changed the dates thrice . I wanted to convey that i am happy to see the dates being finalized . was is wrong to mention 'i am excited to see the training dates ' in a business email ?

Maya Sureshwas is wrong to mention 'i am excited to see the training dates ' in a business email ?
The phrasing is wrong and the sentiment is unnecessary. I would simply change the sentence to this:

Thank you for the finalized training program dates.
