Email writing for assignment

I have done a business email for my uni assignment but not sure if there's any grammatical errors. Can somebody help me out?

As part of the service industry, our company requires every employee to be aware of the importance of following the correct procedures for dealing with customer complaints.



When dealing with customer complaints:

Investigate the cause of the complaint

Rectify the cause of the complaint immediately

Provide response to the complaining customer under any circumstances.

Apologize and mollify the complaining customer

Make sure that the complaining customer is completely satisfied.



It is important to know the correct procedures as quickly and properly solving customer complaints can definitely help our business grow and prosper therefore the growth and reputation of our company rely on how you deal with customers.



I have scheduled a meeting at 10:00 on Tuesday 31 August in the meeting room to discuss this in further detail.



Please come prepared with something to write and something to take notes on. If you have any quires, please feel free to come see me in my office or just simply reply this email. Thank you for your time.
