Email writing

I have a team memeber is not at all marking cc to me despite of me telling repeatedly.

FInally I have decide to write this to next .

Before that I wnated to write that team member stating "why are you not marking cc to me in you outgouing mails when you rae asked to mark cc to me "

How to write the above mail to the team member in a very polite way.Pls let me know urgent.

Following mail is sent "To" the team member in question, and the rest of the team "CC" I do not know the how and on what you are working as a group - however, it seems like you got a problem. If you repeatedly have asked to be cc'ed , and this member is the only one not to respect this, it may be due to a simple error. e.
