Email writing

I am Software test leader. I want to write to my Project manager below mentioned lines. because rational robot is working for one member only. please correct it.

Hi,

Subject - (just for your information)

I understand we have only one licence key for rational Robot.
Only one member is able to work on Rational Robot. As soon as sencond member starts working then gets the Licence key error.
