Email to students about presentation sign up.

As a Teaching assistant, I'm going to write an email to my students asking them to sign up for a presentation days. Please help me proofread this draft.

Hello everyone, I am writing about your presentation sign up.

As many of you already know, your groups will give two presentations this semester, presenting your plan, your procedure, the data, and the conclusion. One presentation will certainly be on Experiment 3 and the other one can be either Experiment 2 or 4 (part 1). Each presentation is just about 5 minutes, in which each of you will talk for ~1 minute.

Your group can talk to each other, either via email, text, think about your preferred day of presentations and then choose your preferred day in the document. You can also select both days if you're good with either day. If there are more than 3 groups prefer one day, we will talk through it on Thursday.

One side note, from now on, I will be posting my PowerPoint sometime on Wednesday every week, they are just 5-7 slides for my brief lecture but you can review it before class if interested.
