Email to internship supervisor

I have been deployed to a school as a teaching intern by the ministry, and I have to email the supervisor at the school to find out about reporting instructions. How do I go about writing this?

It is also said that some schools have contacted interns for meet-ups before the internship (while other schools may not require such induction session at all), and mine has not done so. Should I ask the supervisor if he wants to meet me in the email?

This is what I've came up with:

Dear__,

It is my pleasure to have been deployed at ____ school as a teaching intern.

May I know if you would like to arrange a meet-up (how do I go about this w/o sounding pushy? I just want to know if they want to meet me beforehand. Or should I not say it at all and just wait to see what they say?) before my school experience. If not, may I know when and where should I report on_____2016, the first day of my internship?

If there are other instructions that I need to know, please feel free to contact me. (would this sound arrogant?)
Thank you for your time, I look forward to your reply. (or is it 'I look forward to meeting and working with you')

Yours Sincerely,
_______

Please advice on grammar, phrasing, and any other things if they can be better or are wrong.
Thank you!

what about the rest of the email?
I have to write to them first because that what's asked of us. The schools may not write to us at all if we don't initiate it.

Dear__,

It is my pleasure that I have been selected to be a teaching intern with you. I am eager to get started, and would like some instructions on what I should do to prepare for this assignment. Is there an on-boarding process? Would you like to meet with me on the first day of the internship?

If there are specific things that I need to know, please contact me.
