Email to bank about locked account and expired debit card
Respected X Manager, This is Sridhar Byri from USA. I've been holding X NRI and NRO accounts since 2013. My account recently got locked, ATM card expired and I feel very trouble to debit/credit. . As per conversation with X Team, they told me to forward my all documents which includes latest X Visa copy. Please have a look at my documents and let me know what I need to provide.
