Email to ask for assistance

Dear teachers and friends,

Greatly appreciate your assistance in checking my wording and grammar for the following email draft. I just started my new job and in order to do it efficiently, they gave me a few of access. However, I cannot access a few of them.
Therefore, I have to reply the email to the sender to let them know that I still cannot access a few systems so they aware of the problem and solve it.

Hi John,

Thanks for your email. I have tested all the access, however, I cannot logon to some of them. Here is the error message.

“Authentication to Server ‘x.x.x.x’ failed.


Attached herewith is the systems where I have problem to log on into it.

Your kind advice in this matter would be most appreciated.
