Hi, I was promised to reimburse for my ticket to go to an open house event at a university. Now the event is cancelled. I have no way to have a refund from the company I bought the ticket and I'm emailing the school to politely aski for reimbursement. Please proofread it. Thank you.
I purchased the flight tickets on Justfly website and I'm not eligible for any refund at this point. The price is around $400. I attached the receipt. Could you please let me know how much reimbursement I will get
