Greetings,

I called a YYY captain this evening to book my ride between 8:30 to 9:00, but despite he was nearby my location he asked me to cancel the ride. So, I cancelled it. Now I have been charged a negative balance of Rs 110/- against my account. I don't see the reason. What do you think I was suppose to do when the captain himself asked me to cancel the ride? Should I begged him to come to pick me up because I would be charged for cancelling the ride? Please, take the necessary actions to resolve this issue and return me my credit of Rs 90/- that I had just before I cancelled the ride.

Secondly, when I cancelled my first ride, I tried to book another one. The captain was really very far. He, too, asked me to cancel the ride --- and he was justified to do so. As soon as I cancelled the ride, I got a text 'your ride has arrived.' I called on the given number and asked the captain if he had arrived on my spot.

He said, "Ma'm! I asked you to cancel the ride. I'm very far from your location. It's not possible for me to pick you up."What's wrong with your system?

In the end I would like to suggest that there should be an option to confirm the ride soon after YYY finds us a location. The captain should move towards the customer's location when the customer confirms the ride. It would save, both the customer and the service provider, from unnecessary stress.

Thanks.

Regards,

Sundar Naz
