Email the team

I want to ask everyone in my team to drop an email on the issues they resolved in the past because both myself and my colleague Mark will be on-call. Mark will be on-call next week, I will be on-call from next month. I am writing the email as below, could anyone please check if everything is ok. And I am struggling to mention that my colleague will be on-call next week and I am on-call next month, so I have just mentioned soon which I think is not precise. Could anyone please reply.

As you are all aware, both Mark and myself will be on on-call soon, I am wondering if everyone could drop an email on the issues they remember resolving in the past. Just a quick email outlining the issue and the steps to resolve it would be suffice, I will draft everything into a word document in sharepoint.
