Email template for leave request without pay cut.

I am planning to go india in October, but my boss informed me in April there will be pay cut, if i take leave.

Last week I sent an e-mail to him about my vacation, he is ok with it, but he said me, there will be no pay for those day.

I didn't take a single day leave from January 2010 till date. That too i took only 8 days leave for my marriage.

Appreciate if some one can help me(with a template) how to e-mail my boss to request him without pay cut.

16 days per year. It will carry on 8 days which I left last year.

I am going for a month on vacation, But i would be very happy if he gives me 3 weeks of leave.

So just to confirm, you have 24 days of banked vacation, and you want to use 15 of those days?

How is your boss saying you'll have to take those days without pay if you have 24 days of vacation and you only want to use 15 of them?

Do you have 24 days of vacation in the bank? If you do, then you should be able to take 15 of them, will full pay, as vacation days.

Well as per me I have 24 days. But he is the boss, he don’t want to pay (without my work) from his pocket.

Okay, this is just confusing.

You either have a policy where you work that says how many days you can take each year as vacation days, or you don't.

It's not "according to me" or "according to him."

You should have your leave balances available as a fact, not what you think or what he thinks. Contact your HR department and get a printout showing your leave balance. If i

I had that policy of leave till last april, but from may there is no policies.

Anyways, I need to send him a message & ask whatever I can get from him. (something is better than nothing). I know he is a fraud. But I have to fight with him through mails.

Right now I just a need good message to send to him.

I think you can only refer to your original agreement that you are to receive 16 days of leave per year. You took only eight days last year, which should leave you with a balance of eight, and then a new total of 24. Even if he does not agree to the carry-over policy, he must agree that you had 16 days to use this year. You want to use 15 of those 16 days on this trip.
