Dear Mr. Hanson,

I am writing in relation to the paid sick leave.

I have been really busy working day and night for the past few days. I usually work day shifts, but because of the large amount of work this month so I had to work also days and nights. That made my health was slow-down and I had to go to hospital.

Since my sickness has been caused too much by work. I think I am entitled to pay for sick. By the way, what percentage of regular pay is paid during sick leave?
