Hi George,

I have received your email. I am looking forward to enjoying the annual year-end party, but I can't join the meet next Friday because I have a meeting with an important client before. So, I have 2 suggestions. First, we should survey people’s free time and choose the time which is choosing the best. Also, why don’t we make a meeting in Conference Room B? It is larger and has air-conditioners. That is my suggestion. If you have more questions, don’t be afraid to contact me.
