If i am writing a mail to a famous scientist, asking if he'd let me work with him in his lad or under his guidance, what should i write in the emails subject line?

I've received quite a few of these emails in my time, and I always preferred seeing something that was direct and to the point.
"PhD. Candidate" is one that I like very much. After all, that's what you are and that's what you want.
