Email responding for failure to attend a meeting

Hello,

I need a bit help on a question on apologizing and rescheduling email that I have to write to respond to a customer. There is scenario given and I have to write how would respond to the email.

Below is the one I wrote I need your view on it, the phrase used etc.

Dear Mark,

I have cleared your matter from Robin’s regarding the failure to attend the scheduled Office hour yesterday.

Robin’s apologized and express regret for not being able to attend the scheduled class hour due to conflicting schedules and completely forgotten and kept from keeping his appointment yesterday.

She recommended to re-schedule another office hour from the available convenient time for both and assured that she would show-up promptly.
