Email reply to my creditors (HELP ASAP)
Thank you for your prompt response regarding to the above matter. With reference to your email, please be advised that the amount outstanding as per our statement @ 30th April is RM 7,810.00. Where as our current statement of account @ 31st May 2010 is RM 13,700.
We would like to remind to you that’s our term of payment is 30days and for all overdue amount will be charged interest 1.5% per month or part of month. We would be grateful of you could arrange the payment all outstanding amount plus 1.5% as at our terms.
Therefore, kindly refer to the following details as given below:-
a) Statement @ 30th April 2010 : RM 7,810.00 (ref SOA in April 2010)
b) Total interest 1.5% : RM 117.15
