Email reply to a meeting invitation

Good morning. I need to reply to an email on behalf of my boss regarding the meeting request. My boss will be in the conference during their scheduled meeting. But, he'll be meeting them during his breaktime, only if they could come to meet him on the meeting place and he could only give them 15-20 minutes of his time.
