Can someone help me about my below email grammatical points and be a good reply


Mr.John

In order by our Regional manager Mr.Alex, I have already sent the advance invoice to XYZ company, the charges is only for 36 days,

Note: after any contract with customer we should send the invoice but it doesn’t matter the customer is government or private.

Alex These are strange because in English, Mr does not normally go with just a first name. It's normally with a surname, like Mr Smith or, a full name, like Mr Gordon Bennet. The same applies to Mrs and Miss.
