Email query same rules as query letter

For an email query, do you need the agent or publisher name and address at the top left of the page , like the regular mail query letter or only his name?

My personal information, addrees etc is under my name on the botton left of the letter?

Thanks very much,

Carlo

Sadly, many emailers no longer bother with those niceties, Carlo, but it makes your email look much more professional, and it lets the recipient contact you much more easily, if you do as you have suggested. As you probably know, your email software allows you to pre-format your name and address, etc and you can use that signature automatically.
