Email message

Hi,

I'm going to write an email to my client to tell them to prepare payment (by cheuqe) when the goods they bought from me is arrived.

Should I say "Please prepare a cheque when goods arrived" Or We'll pickup the cheque when goods arrived. Or just say "Please prepare cheque payment when good arrived"?

But all the above I still think not smooth. Any simple suggestions?

Thanks for help!
