Hello,

i was wondering if the sentence below is grammatically correct?

"Since my appointment at XXX is going to end at the end of this year, I'm looking for another YYY position, and I was wondering if you might have an opening in your group starting Feb/March 2015."

Thanks

Yes, but the word 'appointment' does not seem quite right. Do you perhaps mean my contract ? Or you might consider my position .
