Email grammar

Hello, it's me again. Could anyone help me on the grammar for this formal email! Thanks! Emotion: smile

Hi xxx,

Thank you for your email, but I have some questions regarding the AGM and I hope to seek advice from you.

First of all, I was thinking to do a survey with google doc in the society's group about what are the expectations of our members towards the new committees in order to get an idea of what can help the society to do better in the following year. I hope I can do it before I start writing my manifestos, so I can set the goals for myself based on what are expecting from our members. Meanwhile, to make sure that it's fair to other candidates, I'll be happy to share the results with all of them. In this case, should I post the survey in my own or will it be better if I send you the details and you'll help me to post it in the group? Most importantly, am I allowed to do that?

Apart from that, due to some personal reason, I'll not be able to attend the AGM on 9th of March. I sincerely apologize for that, and I promise I would tried to do anything I can to attend if that's possible. I hope I can submit a video to be screen on the day instead of me giving the speech, but I would understand that it is up to the committee to decide if they accept the suggestion, and I'm ready to bear any consequences regarding this issue.

Finally, thank you for your time and consideration, and sorry for any inconvenience caused. I hope to hearing from you soon!

Yours sincerely,
xxx
