Can anybody help me correct an email for an upcoming meeting?
Dear all colleagues,
Further to the meeting concering the discussion about adjusted annual sales target on 11 Oct 2016, I write to inform you all that another round of meeting for the issue is scheduled to be held at the meeting room on the 4/F of Headquarter Building on 30 Nov 2016, 3:00 a.m.. You are expected by the chairman to take part in the meeting and update him about your view on the annual sales target adjustment. For my better meeting arrangement, in case you are unable to attend the meeting, please give me a prior notice with the reason for your absence five days before the meeting and I will provide you a notes on the meeting within seven days after the meeting.
