Could you please have a look at the following e-mail and tell me what errors it has? I guess the punctuation is not great in this one...

Hello ipVanish Team,

I've been using your client on my PC for the past 2 months and it's been functioning quite OK. Unfortunately, for some reason, I can't use your app on my iPad at all. It's impossible to establish a conncetion, regardless of the server I'm trying to get connected to. Can you please help me out?
