Email corrections

Could an English speaker help me correct the emails.
Email 1 :
Are there any mistakes? Would you say a native speaker wrote this?

Dear Sir,

We would like to thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, we don't have any connecting rooms. However we could try to put you in room that are next to another. Let us know if that would work for you. If so we will gladly send you a quote.

Would you please help me correct the email? Is it natural to say 'Following your email'? Would you say 'Following your email' or something else? What about 'Further to your email....'?

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your interest for our hotel.

Following your email I inform you that we made a hold on your card. We didn't charge on your credit card. Unfortunately some banks show a debit even if it is a hold.
We thank you for choosing our hotel.

Is there any mistakes as I can't spot any?

Dear Sir,

By your check in date all renovations and construction will be finished so there will no longer be that noise issue.
As for the room type, each floor has a specific theme. The rooms that are to your liking taste are the room on the first and second floor which are pink and blue respectively. When or if you decide to book online, please leave us a comment telling us which decor you want and we will gladly set you up in one of those rooms provided we have availability which we do at the moment as your dates are months away.
