Email Correction Please help

Could you please help me correct this email before I send it.

Hello,
We have a little problem. When I order my things on the website, I was paying for delivery. The delivery was 5-8 days from the day we ordered, not 4-9 days from the day you shipped out my order, which was a week after I had ordered. So I'd like a refund on delivery and for the model CM033X-1 I'd like a refund.
Also I had previously ordered stuff from your site, and you didn't have some of the stuff in stock. I'd like to get refunded for that as well. You owe me money on my last order if you check.
Thank you for time and hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Thank you

It would be understood. I've heard it, but the common expressions are:

I would like (to get) a refund. - most common

I would like to be refunded.
