I am describing my personal issues here so that it will help you to plan my end of assignment as soon as possible.

[1] First reason being my wife is Pregnant and she wants to conceive baby in Home country. She wants me to be with her on her gestation period.

Currently she fells sickness, anxiety this time and she is insisting me to go India and starts medical treatment there as soon as possible. I do not want to take any change on her first pregnancy.

[2] My grandmother’s health is getting worse day by day. I want to be with her on her last days.

Hope you understand my priorities and start my end of assignment procedure as soon as possible.
