Email composition

Hi, can anyone check my drafted email below. I want to reply on top of my colleague email, so can I start with:

Hi all,

Adding some minor changes on those point 1 and 4 on top of Alex’s email.

Malay Style Rules (for Synopsis)

For an original Malay title, we have two translation rules.

  1. For “demand” platform Malay title doesn’t require any vernacular such as English/Tamil/Chinese, just proceed with Malay metadata.
  2. For “Stc” platform Standard English metadata is required for all original Malay title. That means the metadata comes with English and Malay.

Tamil Language Style Rules (for Title and Synopsis)

  1. An original Tamil title is required to complete the translation for title/synopsis/cast and director.
  2. For non-Tamil title, translation is only required for synopsis. Title/cast/director can remain in English.
