Email closing

Hello!

I received an email from my dad. I have barely had any communication w him my whole life (he is from another country/long story!) He was in my area at Christmas time visiting friends and wanted to get together with my 2 sisters and I, but it was last minute and we couldn't make it happen. He will be in my area this Christmas and says we will get together then. He signed the email:

If anyone has any thoughts on the closing I would appreciate it so much?? lately I feel unsure about my interpretations sometimes...
