Email

Hello, please help me correct this email if there's any mistake.

Dear XXX,

Nice to e-meet you.

Just would like to check with you regarding the translation vernacular for the content. For subtitling, may I know what are the standard vernaculars we have offer for Spanish contents? Only Spanish or Eng & Spanish? Because we are offering Spanish contents in our platform tomorrow, thus we are unsure about the vernacular translation for the content. Moreover I have checked with other department, as they only provide Spanish translation for all the content.

Please confirm by return.

Thanks,

XXX

I'm not sure what you are talking about here. Have you checked the meaning of 'vernacular' in your dictionary? Here are a few edit suggestions.

How about this? Is there any grammar issue?

Please advise the language(s) expected for upcoming Spanish contents. Eng only or Eng/Spanish? I think we will not require Spanish translation because I have crossed checked with other department, as they proposed Eng only. Is that okay with you?
