Hi, I need to write an email to my team regarding our new scheme. So, I have composed an email below, can you guys help me to check please?
As some of you aware that we start using the new system called XXX to key in the data. So moving forward we won’t attach the excel file in the email anymore however we’ll provide the usual details with additional info which is ID no. for your next process. If you think you still need the excel file than we will generate the new excel file from the system. Would be that okay? Or do you still want to have our old excel file. Please advise.
